We are slowly recovering from the loss of Yoda. Thank you all so much for your support. It is amazing how the Blog world rallies around those in need.
Despite the heartbreaking loss of Yoda, we need to celebrate a a very special day today. Brutus' birthday is today and he turned 8 years young today!
Happy Birthday Brutus!!
Since it has been a rough weekend, we took Brutus & Ellie to PetSmart to help Brutus celebrate his birthday.

Thanks again to all of you - your comforting words have helped us through the last couple of days and will continue to help as we mourn the loss of Yoda.

Awww, Happy Birthday, Brutus! I think the day out was just what you and Ellie needed (and from the look of the first picture of Ellie, she really needed it!!). I know you're still adjusting to life without your brother, but he's sending down wishes, too, I just know it!
